Its utterly ridiculous that there is no option to increase the playback speed. I listen to video content on at least 2x speed. The fact there is no option to change it is absurd. Additionally when I accidentally clicked the back arrow in stead of the forward one to proceed to the next course, it didn't register that I had already watched the vidoe so I was forced to watch it again .. on the slow speed.. painful.

It's very easy to pick up bad habits, so this annual training is a always an informative and concise reminder with some useful exercises and information in it.
Made me check my workstation, posture and attitude to taking breaks. Really useful.
