Great insight into the day to day office working posture, eye comfort and general positional HSE. It is a great opportunity to have access to the pertinent course which results in an awareness tool that when taken into account accordingly it will lead to a positive impact in the ergonomic and muscle postures, which ( as mentioned during the course and personally experienced) they tend to build-up with time after wrong positions, and result much more easier to avoid than to fix.
