Everyone should receive this training when starting their employment, I have learned over the years what is best for me by speaking with physiotherapist and company doctor due to bad muscle pains. If I had been given more information in the early years I believe my pain would not have got as bad. Another point to take into consideration is our posture away from the working environment ie. sitting watching t.v by the position of seating to angle of t.v - I had not previously thought about this until recently when visiting my acupuncture nurse, it is not always just our working environment but also what we do away from work as a whole.
"the software you use should be...." this course interface and basic operation is very poor

More engaging and interesting than one would imagine a self assessment on display screen could possibly be!Provocative. Makes you take stock and reflect on bad practices that you have picked up along the way and helps you modify, correctParticularly liked the at your desk exercise tips-which I already use everyday having learnt these years ago in yoga and pilatesAK
Takes too long as an online course
Easy to follow, and clear.

Quick to complete and contains useful information to ensure best position possible acheived, work station set up correctly and how to avoid RSI
The program is very easy to use and is very helpful. It is not too long or too short and it will really benefit me, whilst sitting at my work station.
