Easy to follow. Although with the sound at the highest I struggled to hear 100%.
Very effective in raising my awareness to keeping myself safe and comfortable in my workplace. I have adjusted my practice since completing the training and it has made a great difference in dealing with fatigue and discomfort when spending a lot of time on my computer.
