In my last job, I often had an ache in my shoulder using PC,s especially the mouse. At SE, this course showed me how to set up chair, desk, computer monitor in the best way, and I no longer suffer!

Covers all aspects of using Display Screen Equipment very well. Is also very well explained.
The course content is easy to understand and has some very good advice that we don't always appreciate. It takes you on a journey from when you sit on the chair to completing a risk assessment so you can see if/where you are going wrong. The test is easily understandable but thorough, with a certificate to prove how well (or not) you did. I particularly enjoyed the exercises which I will now take on board
