A great reminder on setting up and using your DSE.
I learnt alot of methods, approaches and exercises to take with me in my career to help others and remain safe in my work avioding injury, the course encouraged participation.
Very informative, good tutorial programme.

I found it very helpful but did not like having to adjust my volume constantly. One clip would be quiet and then the next would blast out... but a very useful course.
The audio level keeps varying between clips which means I have to turn up/down the volume on my pc. Exercise videos start off slow and then rush through the end not allowing you to complete the exercise. Additionally the exercise videos tend to be repetitive in places.
