Very clear and informative online training , easy to use the programme .
The program was very useful and I`m glad I had the chance to take it.
Easy to navigate and use, however not all of the videos/pictures appeared so had to use subtitles to get the information.
informative and easy to understand
For a course about making working habits easy and simple it required constant clicking and mouse movement and the videos played at wildly varying volumes! Maybe you should take your own courses. I don't need to watch someone hold a pose for 10 seconds or sit quietly for 1 minute. Being able to skip through these sections of video would have reduced my frustration.
