One aspect that I found annoying / frustrating was that sound/volume changed significantly between some modules. This actual made me jump on several occasions when decibels increased significantly.
The course was very good and informative. Exercises shown were very useful for when sitting at my desk.

It was good being able to do the course at my desk in the area of the course content.
The course has taught me some things that I was totally unaware off as we take many things for granted in our working day. I found that the exercises are simple but very effective and will certainly use them on a daily basis. I do try to take regular breaks when working for long times at the computer but totally understan why this is so important having completing this cource.
Sound is not at the same level in all videos.
