Had to take the test 4 times as each time I completed the test, I received emails to say, "you've only completed 60% or 70% of the test". In fact, the first couple of times I fully completed and printed off the test results, I still received a message to say I hadn't taken any tests.

Easy to use and understand. Would have been better if it didn't continually crash

I like the use of the videos and the animation to illustrate the relevant points. it was interesting and engaging.

Very straight forward course and easy to follow. Found it a little frustrating when demonstrating exercises it waited the full minute or whatever it was that you are supposed to do it in real time. It didn't need this. And also the system kept getting stuck i.e. when you press the arrow to move to the next screen it didn't move for several minutes. But overall a very simple and straight forward course.

Clear explanation of why good posture was necessary. Some very good exercises to help prevent injury.
