It needs to be clearer what should someone do if they need adjustments and where to go. Also it was not possible to print or save a pdf version of my assessment.

Inconsistencies in the audio recording necessitated changing the volume levels several times during the session. When the volume jumps up after being quiet it can hurt your ears - not good from a H&S course!!!! The question in the test about software did not offer an acceptable answer. The one labelled as 'correct' talked about user-friendly software etc, but user-friendly is not necessarily what you need, you need software that performs the task for which it is designed effectively and satisfactorily. It doesn't have to be user-friendly. The course contained a lot of very basic information that may be suitable for someone who has never sat in front of a computer before, but for everyone else it was somewhat insulting. I hope that your refresher course that I have to sit in 12 months time does not include all of this or better still starts with the test and then directs you to relevant information appropriate to the accuracy of your answers.

This course is very hepfull. I was very enjoy to take this course and I learned a lot. I thing this will help me during my working.
The programme on Display Screen Equipment is very thorough, covering all aspects in a structured, easy-to-follow approach. The questions at the end of each part are useful, and the risk assessment is an important chance to review the way things are set up in the user's workplace. The test has a mixture of easier and more searching questions, allowing the user to gain confidence in the subject and also to reflect on the issues.
I don't use a computer or work in an office at all not sure why I had to take this test
The course videos were clear and the information given was easy to understand.
