The training programme is easy to use and has just the right amount of repetition and interactivity to ensure that the information can be taken on board and recalled.

This DSE was clear and to the point, without any "faff" and drawn out explanations, liked the fact that a certificate was given at the end and didn't have to wait. The only small issue I had was the link to the TEST at the end, which I know a few of my colleagues also had, but was easy to report and continue.

I really enjoyed this test. The information provided was very useful, particularly the "Exercise" part. It is good that you not only can visualise the words you listen to but also can read the text if you need it. Interesting, helpful information, easy to understand and use the programme.

This is a useful course that is easy to understand and well laid out. I particularly like the exercises session, although it would be good to have some exercises that encourage you to stand up.

The program made me think about how I was sitting and I have adjusted and will hopefully maintain the new position and also the stretches and eye exercises are also a good tool for when I'm getting tired.

The course was comprehensive but took too long (especially waiting 10 seconds for a physical exercise of 10 seconds to finish). Does it really need to be in real time? I needed a break after completing the course and had to start my day's work afresh
