It seems to cover all the important things about Display Screen Equipment.
It covered all aspects of DSE and good exercises that are helpful, Also the regular breaks, posture to help with stress and pain including the 20-20-20 rule.
Very useful, important to be reminded of the correct use of the keyboard, mouse and how to sit properly. I enjoyed it very much.
Most people i have spoken to think the course is to long and should be shortened.
