I think the session gave a lot of excellent advice which I will try and remember.

I thought I would have to sit for a continuous session of 47 mins so found it hard finding a time to guarantee doing this. It would be good to have known I could stop and start it if interrupted during the session. The question about "if your chair has arms" cannot be answered if your chair does not have arms so I left it unanswered. However the questionnaire didn't like it. It should have given a "not applicable" option.

I found this course and its contents helpful but the fact that it takes about 47 mins to complete and requires you to sit at your desk the whole time to do it defeats the purpose.

My one negative point would be its length in time. I would have preferred if it could have taken less time. Especially the stretches of wrist/neck/shoulders etc. I felt there was no need to sit there and watch someone stretch for 10 seconds, four times.Other than that, an informative course which made it easy enough to get 100% on the first attempt!

Course was clear to use other than some of the buttons to start sections where unclear and would be clicked before instructions had been given and then have to go back. Time estimate was realistic.
