This will support me in my own work and also act as a support when working with staff on their needs.
In general, the training was good, with helpful illustrations and examples.However, I was watching this in a office environment and was using earphones, and the volume level between the various stages was very inconsistent. Ironically the section on Noise was very quiet indeed, requiring me to turn up the volume quite a bit, but when the following section started it was then far too loud. If it weren't for that I would have given 5 stars.
