Course was very clear, precise and easy to use.
Clear and concise presentation of information. Good section on exercises. Unclear who to contact if any problems are identified. No links to appropriate company policies i.e. policy on eye testing and payment.
A good training in subjects you don't normally think about in Home and work and social responsibilities

I found the course very helpful as a useful reminder to help me make sure that I continually look at such things as my workstation environment, my posture and that I take regular breaks and exercise. This helps me to ensure that I do not develop any difficulties either with my workstation environment or with my physical posture. I particularly found the "exercises" portion of the training helpful to reduce physical stress and strain on my body.
