This course is informative and met my expectations.
I though the training programme was very helpful and contained al the relevant information. It was welll structured and presented. I fund it easy to follow and learn.
The volume was at very different levels for different sections - almost dangerously so. After turning up the volume for my headset to listen to a very quiet section the next section blasted out! This happened on quite a few occasions. I think the exercises are overlong and although undoubtedly beneficial I do not see anyone carrying them out on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis.
it has helped me to think about how I set up my workstation and the steps I can take to reduce the risk of strain and stress. It has reminded me to change some bad habits and be aware of when I might be putting myself at risk of strain.
