I found this training to be clear in it's objectives and easy to understand. It has taught me the main points that can improve your comfort when at your work station.

This hits the spot for achieving quick and effective DSE training. The one improvement I would like to see is more specific instructions on how to navigate between the test and the browser window that drives the course and presents the video.
I had to use the contact tab to unlock the DSE test after doing all the sections which was rather frustrating bearing in mind the time taken to complete the session. Claire was very helpful and sorted it for me, Thanks!
