Good for work. I now know how to properly sit at desk when on computer and the chair must be set right for me to use and the screen is important to be at the right size and level. Overall good.

A good, sensible course with plenty of guidance and the suggestions/instructions for exercises are excellent. Thank you! I use a laptop at home to catch up on work emails/correspondence/report writing and would benefit from a little more advice on using home laptops without a mouse (i.e. finger-touch: distances, hand/heel of hand support), keeping it clean/free of marks).
