The Exercise part of the course is horrendous - having to sit there and wait the full time for each exercise, was painful. The rest of the course is generally easy to follow but boring. (and what is it with the awful dirty foot wear!!)

Excellent training programme that is just about the right balance of time and information.
Many such programmes merely state the obvious. This programme explains the whys and wherefores. I found the exercises particularly interesting. I will have to refer back to the section though!

very easy to follow in a good order. The additional exercises are a thoughtful addition to other DSE courses.
I think all staff should know the basics of using a computer and training should be given as a lot of staff are not comfortable using the computer or laptop as they do not have the confidence due to lack of know how
