good tips on exercises.
Informative and reminding me of information I had forgotten over time. The exercises were a welcome addition to help out.
I felt the course rather stated the obvious in a very long, drawn out and repetitive way and was patronising, in its children's TV presenter style of delivery. The self assessment at the end was a useful tool and probably would have been sufficient on its own to demonstrate the desirable conditions in which to work, alongside my own ability to decide if I'm sitting comfortably and some degree of common sense. Being shown how to stretch and flex my upper extremities (watching each stretch being held for 10 seconds!), how to look at a computer monitor and hold a mouse were particular low points.

I took part and played along with the exercises which made me feel a whole lot better and could recognise the benefit straight away.
