A good course with clear visual explanations of what the correct set up is for display screen equipment. I liked the exercises given as well.
I was made aware of how I am making myself very tired or stressed by the way I sit and work. Really appreciated knowing the impact bad work habits can have and even more, knowing what I need to do to improve this.

This was a very long course. Having to watch every section was extremely time consuming. Would it not be better to have words only to allow people to read with the option of watching the video?

Good clear information - unfortunately, some of the videos wouldn't open
I found it very useful and interesting. It made you really look at your working area and recognise areas or equipment that needed to be altered slightly to ensure good working practices.
