Very informative exercises for prevention of RSI will come in handy
Great! Love the new multiple monitors section. The exercises section goes on for a while but seems useful. It'd be really useful to be able to download a pdf of the exercises for future reference.
A good course with clear visual explanations of what the correct set up is for display screen equipment. I liked the exercises given as well.
I was made aware of how I am making myself very tired or stressed by the way I sit and work. Really appreciated knowing the impact bad work habits can have and even more, knowing what I need to do to improve this.

This was a very long course. Having to watch every section was extremely time consuming. Would it not be better to have words only to allow people to read with the option of watching the video?
