It was easy to use. My only negative would be that there didn't appear to be an easy way of having a list of the exercises. If we (collective we - my company, the UK...) have any hope of doing these it would be good to have a print out of them. I looked on your website and there just seemed to be videos to watch?
The problem i had was that some of the Exercises's sound was lower than the rest, so in order to listen one would have to turn up the volume other wise was all good
Mostly targeted to office workers, field workers who work in different locations and at home don't always have the same equipment available i.e. adjustable chairs.

The programme is ok, but however I dont think that it really reflects reality. This is because it is one thing saying what people should do and another thing programming it into peoples heads . I will try to follow the guidance, but I think that if we overly worry ourselves about what we do, then this can cause even more stress and anxiety.
