In The Netherlands we are instructed by a specialist in ergonomics not to use the two ''feet'' of the keyboard, as this creates an angle to the wrists; This is contradictionary to the DSE instructions;
find it useful as allowed me to correct the display of some of the equipment I sue on my desk.
treating adults like children assuming most basic level of prior knowledge. sentences too long for the simpliest of things, website hangs all the time, when kicked me out half way through the test - made me take test again from the beginning. bullet points and less hanging would suffice.
Covered everything that it should, have done courses like this over the years and it was good to remind oneself of the hazards when working at desks using keyboards, screens etc for many hours a day. Good reminder!
Very good, but went on a bit.

Great easy course to follow and found the exercises helpful.
This is the first time I am using this system and its very educational and helps all the way through, with revised ending to help you remember, with the added bonus of a retake if you fail. this programme also helps print out a certificate to show employers that you have completed the necessary course too. The only thing that I didn't like is that after completion and i closed the doc my achievements wasn't stated as completed?! Hopefully this will be recognised and changed.
Visual examples are more easily absorbed than lots of text. Especially, when busy people are required to take the test. It could possibly be slightly quicker for that reason. Otherwise, great!
