I thought it was a little intense for the work I do
The volume between the introduction sections and actual section was not the same level. Personally, I consider that a health and safety issue.

The course was incredibly helpful, especially at identifying areas where I could improve my posture and positioning. It is great timing as I am currently suffering with a back problem which I know is associated with how I work. This really pointed out areas of improvement and advice. The training exercises were also very helpful and I do intend using these in future. I may even refer to them as it's not easy to remember them all first time around! Many thanks, Adam
