A good, accessible and comprehensive course , covering all the necessary points. Slightly too long but was able to stop and resume course when it was convenient.
I enjoyed this session and am now very aware of how I sit at my work station and also the lap top at home.

The programme is well paced and delivers a large amount of information in a very easy to understand format. The infographics are self explanatory and the exercises well laid out.

It is good to have a reminder to look at how one is operating because very easy to forget and move things around. The exercise part is very good and was very helpful and would be great if there was a print out of that to remind oneself how to do them.
