Everything you need to know in an ideal world, however in the actual work space requirements can be aspirational, but it sets the standard.
Easy to follow and understand each section
Informative training with a good mix of text and visuals. I found the exercises useful in distressing muscles and the risk assessment made me look to see what I could adjust and what I couldn't in a new work area. The training made me more conscious of my posture. However, I found the trainsition between the risk assessment and unlocking the test a bit difficult and had to do the risk assessment several times before the test unlocked.
