An excellent, easy to follow training course, providing information on how to set up your desk and working environment to avoid unnecessary stress, fatigue and strain. the additional section on useful exercises is also fantastic.
A little long-winded in places, especially the stretch exercises where it seemed to pause for the actual amount of time it told you to hold each exercise, but otherwise informative and interesting.
The course is easy to use and understand, offers both sound and subtitles, and covers all the major topics for DSE. It also provides handy exercise tips for desk workers, which I'm sure I'll find useful.
