Course was concise but informative and something I could fit into my busy day, I was able to dip in and out when I could.
Excellently broke down into relevant sections
The video really brings to your attention the need of setting up your desk correctly. It was informative however in some places it was a little slow and lost my attention a few times. The exercises were helpful, I enjoyed the fact that it did not only list them but also showed you in depth on how to do the exercises. The demonstrations of the skeletons made it very clear which part of your body will be affected if you do not sit right. I found myself adjusting my desk whilst watching.
the computers in our practise need to be raised in the consulting rooms to the appropriate level

Got confused when ending it and ended up doing test twice though passed first go as still said incat the start page.
Training made easy without the classroom and a bonus being able to complete training in your own time and at your own level.
