I support H&S training but this is very long winded. General best practice training courses are no focused on delivering the key messages succinctly, this did not seem to be a factor in this programme. E.g. micro-learning.

Lots of interesting stuff in this programme. Some of it you probably knew at some time, but have forgotten, so it was useful to have a reminder of how your desk should be, how you should sit, etc.
