The course is easy to follow and covers the essential parts of improving seating and organising of DSE and general work station environment, Only improvement would be to make it possible to print out the exercise list. These were really helpful, but should be carried out regularly. There were too many exercises to remember and a printout of the exercise information on completion of the course would improve the long-term benefit of the course. .

An informative and detailed course explaining how to use equipment and reasons why.Easy to use and was able to stop half way through (due to interruptions in my office) then resume later.Found the exercises very useful. Would have been good if could have printed these off to keep for future reference.
