easy to use course and very informative but some of the clips didn't work

I enjoyed the course and it made me more aware of my desk environment and my chair position.
I found this course very helpful, full of useful advice on how to make my everyday working life easier and how to take simple steps to avoid un-necessary stress.
Some very useful points but I felt the course could have been shorter if the points made were not quite so laboured

Generally the exercises require more detailed explanation and demonstration.Self-assessment should not be a substitute for independent review by a qualified person.

We put together and clearly presented. My only criticism was that it was too long. I would say should be 30 mins maximum.
