This is a good course & makes you think about how you are using the Display Screen Equipment.

This is an incredibly dry subject made very boring due to the banal, monotonous presentation. You need to make these courses more interesting so that people really watch and concentrate. Feels like tick box requirements in the creation

Good overview of what we should be doing but don't always do! Regular breaks are never taken.

The course is straightforward and fit for purpose - the reason being that nowadays we all use computer to discharge reasonable percentage of the service we render.

My course kept freezing all the time. I am not sure if there was an issue with my computer or the course. I kept going as it was for short periods only. I also liked the multiple choice questions at the end of the training.

While I was carrying out the online training the course kept freezing all the time for short period which was a bit annoying but I continued with it.

Everything taught made perfect sense to me even when it was not my intuition. You taught an old dog new tricks.
