A great way of training which fits in with the working day to the individual's needs. No need to take time away from the office. Best part is that you can start it when you've got a few minutes spare and then go back and carry on at your own leisure. All in all a very informative and effective piece of training. Enjoyed doing the exercises!

Found it went on too long and found it boring
Recap on positioning and posture, simple but always overlooked, good excises to include in everyday computing tasks.
Good reminder of info taht should be obvious but sometimes forgotten!
A good course with real people not cartoon pictures. The 'test' at the end wasn't too daunting but it would be useful to be able to print off the list of exercises as a reminder.
