I personally found this to be a very thorough course, but one which was very well presented. This meant it was easy for me to follow and take in the information.
The course is very informative & easy to understand. It made me think about things I normally take for granted, eg desk layout, and ways to adapt or improve situations that I normally just accept.
I'm sitting on a non-height-adjustable chair, at a shoulder-heright desk with doors that prevent me from putting my legs under the desk - there aren't any suitable places to use a computer. The video and audio did not work, though this could be because the software is not suitable
