Very useful course
This was a really informative piece of training and I especially liked the techniques that can be used to refocus eyes and stretch hands, arms, shoulders etc.
very interesting course but it is a bit too long (it takes more than 45 mins as announced and done during personal hours). Thanks for the exercises, I think they are very useful and easy.
Not the best as when I tried to do it when there wasn't much work on the system crashed constantly, this did not allow me to do it in quiet office time. The company should also provide headphones, our office had no headphones.

The course is very clear and helps to set up your desk space. The exercises are good too.
