Some points are dangerous. For example, I have a spiral fracture in my neck which means this is the area of my back which requires the most support, not the small of my back. I also broke my pelvis in many areas when I was younger which in combination with my neck means your comments about how to sit are inappropriate to me. I will continue to take advice from my GP, my surgeon and my osteopath rather than this 3rd rate course.

Comprehensive without being dull

Essential that DSE training is provided as a part of the risk assessment process. Any employee including occasional users will benefit as will the employer.

Way too long

It is patronising to tell us that it should not be too hot or cold, or that software should be usable. If you reduced the content and length you would get people paying more attention and the important stuff like exercises (that actually does matter).
