I found the course very informative as it brought across all the important issues regarding this topic to myself. It also enlightened me on some things I didn't know! Only issue was connection issues to the server which took some time to load the videos (stalling starts).
Good material, clearly presented in bite size sections to allow the message to sink in before proceeding. The test was reasonable and fair to assess the retained knowledge. I t would be interesting to see the response at 1 week and 1 month to assess the retained information.
Clear concise and comprehensive in its content an relevance to the subject. A very useful management tool
Miss actually talking to people and getting their views. If this is the way all training will be conducted in the future, that saddens me somewhat.

I drive around the estate with a tablet doing jobs that come through to me so I am sat in a van on my tablet or walking around a building on it looking at the jobs
