Clear concise videos, done in short sections which are easier to understand. Important to revisit so standards are maintained and possible problems to health are avoided, identified and remedied.

This course was easy to use with some important points but it did seem a little long winded. Some of the information seemed to be repeated and I didn't feel you need to see someone do the exercise for the length of time suggested.

There's a lot of information, but it takes a long time to complete. It would be good to have a page of info / infographic to review.

not sure why each section has so many short videos, should have 1 video per section 2 sections not applicable to my job. should be able to flag if not applicable & skip

I have done this course before and noticed it has been updated and improved.

All easier said than done, but it did remind me of a few basics that I could be doing to make life easier for me. The exercise section is particularly helpful. I'd have liked a print out reminder list of them all.
