very informative however 40 minutes staring at a screen with the format being continous made it tiring and hard to take in information. Not the type of training I prefer and as I had to do a further programme straight after felt draining and a strain on my eyes.Also the content was diffcult to concentrate on.

Very easy to follow and everything explained in simple terms.
Makes you think about posture and importance of placement of equipment
A comprehensive review. The course made me consider basic things such as hygiene issues with keyboards, but on a practical level the neck and shoulder exercises are really useful. Thank you for those.
