difficult to complete with noise from others in office
The course covered the topics in sufficient depth to make it worthwhile and hold your interest. The videos were too repetitive however.
Much of this information seems overly basic for modern computer users who have grown up using this equipment. Audio volumes seem to vary between the multiple different videos and the lips do not sync with the spoken audio towards the end.

The online course has extremely user friendly interface, is informative but concise .
The course was really beneficial in understanding more about why good posture and good working conditions are so important. The exercises were a good addition as it is sometimes difficult to know how to stretch out an aching part of the back/neck/shoulders. It was easy to follow and the interactivity kept me more engaged.
This was a helpful programme that has resulted in me making some adjustments to my work environment. I enjoyed the visual and interactive delivery of the course; and I will certainly make use of the exercises displayed.
