This course gives the required information in a user friendly way ...slightly repetitive but I accept that this is the way information is retained. Excellent for reminding us all of how to work effectively and keep ourselves injury free.

I found this course really thorough, practical and useful.

Good as although you think a lot of it is common sense with the best will you don't always sit, type position yourself etc correctly so it was a good reminder to check your position etc. Also good with regard to most used items being nearest to you etc.

Easy to use without taking too much time from a busy schedule

The data protection course in particular involved a lot of video clips with a lot of information so it was easy to forget some of what was covered. Recommend taking notes

The information contained was very useful and well set out. After the risk assessment section several of us thought that we had finished and came out of the program, it wasn't very clear that you then had to click on the test section to continue.

Good comprehensive programme

My boss made me sit down and do this and I then went on and told him how inadequate the facilities were where we had to sit and do the course.
