Very clear and easy to use
I have undertaken and evaluated various on-line courses and found this one very useful. I like the to ability to complete it in stages. The only nervousness that I have is that by undertaking the on-line self assessment some staff may look at this as a way of upgrading their equipment and/or furniture.

I like the platform, nicely animated and clear. The only thing is that it was way too long.During a working day is 47 minutes a long time. During the training itself, one already needs to apply the content (pauze, stretch,...) because it takes so long.

The section for double screens should only be relevant to those who use them. That part was not relevant to me. I still had to go through it all. I also have a standing desk so the section on my chair was not appropriate. The questions on the RA required an answer so I said yes to get it to accept despite not having a chair!
