The training course was simple to use, easy to understand and very useful in helping to identify potential risks in the workplace. There are definitely things I will take from this course to make my working day more comfortable.

The course contained useful information and the visuals were good in order to see exactly how/where things should be on your desk/workstation. I have re-arranged my desk and adjusted my chair accordingly.

Course easy to follow explained very well and highlighted at the end of each section.

Like most health and safety courses, this is largely common sense, but there are a few points that are not intuitive and it is useful to have one's attention drawn to them.

Logically laid out with good tips for DSE. Exercises useful and interaction was simple, overall a good experience.

Very comprehensive, and an n excellent help in reminding of best set-up

This was a very informative subject that certainly makes you consider your own posture and angles whilst sitting at your work station. However, my only criticism is that it is slightly slow and could do with being more interactive. More questions along the way would be far better than listening for the majority of the time. The questions at the end could simply be a recap exercise.

Occasionally I clicked on the arrow on the side of the screen, then realised I should have clicked on the button underneath the instructions - not sure if I missed anything by doing it that way
