This course was interactive and kept me interested, the test made me realise that I remembered lots of new information too.
This was an informative course and did the basics very well. Setting up the workplace to make it most comfortable for you wasn't something I gave a lot of thought to before this course. I found this most helpful and have adjusted things to the best practicable means. Perhaps it went on slightly too long though, especially the exercises. I can count, so find it a bit unnecessary to watch someone stretching for the amount of time shown.
