Informative and useful. Subject matter is a little dry which can't be helped. Some of the office scene examples were a little twee. But did make me think.
This module is great for self care and warns of the dangers of not using equipment properly and the lasting damage that can be done if you do not take this advice. I think we all need little reminders and prompted me to put little notices to remind staff to stretch and take breaks etc ,
The pace was easy to follow, the information clear and supported by visual aids and the information helpful for DSE workers.
Srtetching, taking breaks and posture all essential to continually focus on.
