Videos were too short and difficult to see as they were small, larger role over images were only very slightly larger and not at all clear.Whole session was too long
It would help to be told at the beginning that it's best to do it not on an iPad, as rolling over the thumbnails was not possible on my iPad.Could have conveyed the same information in less time.
Easy to use programme just completely pointless for what I'm told I need to fill it in for (pregnancy).

everyday language used - easy to follow
Only one slight quibble - as a wearer of spectacles and with a headset to listen to the course, it was quite fiddly to remove glasses for the eye exercise part without a little bit of advance warning.
