Information was well presented and easy to see the importance. However, the exercise section was very drawn out - particularly when you had to wait for the demonstrator to hold the stretches for 10s every time.

It's too easy to forget the importance of the basics - setting up your work environment for suitable use, so it served to be a really helpful reminder of this. However I did find it amusing that a whole section was devoted to RSI's, yet I was required to click my mouse to move on every 10-15 seconds on several consecutive occasions! I'm sure that some of those slides could have been combined to make less but slightly longer ones.

I thought the course was very informative, useful and insightful. I also found that the exercises very helpful and will be useful to do during or after work.
