Having completed this course I have now adjusted my sitting position and the layout of my desk. Hopefully no more backache!
Excellent course if a little long winded.
The first section which focused on the correct posture and the measures to be adopted to ensure any potential distress is minuimised. The exercises section was particular helpful and will certainly minimise the requirement for any remedial treatment.

Very good information conveyed. Good visual images help considerably during the course. Also there is an excellent exercise section, which if used with taking regular breaks will assist and help to prevent repetitive strain injury, if using display screen equipment for long periods.
