Ease of learning

Easy to learn, found if returning to continue it was not clear how to proceed. IE Click on resume. Thought it was an indicator not an action button

although I was interrupted several times and had to start from the beginning which is a bit annoying

Simple and easy to follow

Useful information - some is standard / common sense however there are many parts of the training that were very useful as there are things you wouldn't have known and need to do now and again.

Useful practical demos, good reminders

Whilst it is a bit of a bind to do these courses repeatedly, and whilst it seems as though it was only last week when in reality it was probably a couple of years ago and good to be reminded of the what and how we should set DSE work stations up.Great exercises to try out and remember.Shame our organisation does not provide docking stations, remote keyboard and monitors for lap top users. It would be a real benefit.

Generally ok, but.......................

Course was ok but spoiled by getting stuck in the system after completing the assessment. I had the assessment completed and saved but the programme still wanted me to do it again. A big button saying 'push me to continue' rather than verbal advice to close the assessment and continue would help. Also the hygiene content of the course is bolted-on rather than being a core part of the DSE regs and somewhat detracts from the core reasons for DSE. The hygiene issues relate to all aspects of the work place.
